Who needs to apply for a licence

To operate as a motor vehicle salesperson you must hold a valid licence. 

What do I need to complete an application

To apply for a licence you must complete the application form and provide all relevant supporting documentation as follows:

  • Original or certified copy of an Australian police check not more than three (3) months old at the time of application
  • Copy of the Certificate issued on the successful completion of the Salesperson Licensing Requirements Course
  • Completed application form, including all questions and the employer statement.
  • attach/pay the correct fee
