Assessing risks to psychological health in the workplace - Bunbury
Psychosocial hazards can be challenging and require a multifaceted approach. This is a practical and comprehensive session where participants will develop and apply their knowledge of organisational risk factors that contribute to psychosocial hazards and learn how to conduct a risk assessment. A WorkSafe Senior Inspector, Health Hazards Branch, will guide participants through a risk assessment process specifically designed for psychosocial hazards.
This session includes:
- identify psychosocial hazards and common risk factors to reduce employees being exposed to psychosocial hazards in the future.
- discuss case studies; and
- work through a sample template for the risk assessment process.
Target Audience: This session would be most applicable to people who conduct risk assessments in workplaces.
